인하융합연구원(INSTAR)에서는 4단계 BK21 사업의 원활한 수행 및 우수 대학원생 유치를 위하여 지도교수의 추천 방식에 의한 INSTAR(INstitute for Specialized Teaching and Research)장학금 제도를 시행합니다.
1. 2024학년도 2학기 신입학 지원자 INSTAR장학생 추천과 관련하여 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.
가. 운영기간 : 4단계 BK21 총 사업기간 [2020.9.1. ~ 2027.8.31.](84개월)
나. 선발인원 : 연간 190명 이내
다. 장학금액 : 등록금 전액
라. 지원기간 : 석사 4차, 박사 4차, 통합 4차 학기까지
마. 선발기준 및 의무사항 : "INSTAR장학금 선발기준 및 의무사항" 참조
바. 선발방법 : 지도교수의 추천을 받은 자 중 아래 우선순위 적용하여 선발
※ 지도교수의 추천이 장학생 합격을 의미하는 것이 아님을 유의
사. 원칙적으로 지도교수 당 연간 1명으로 추천인원 제한(추천순위 별 예외적용 여부는 [첨부 1]"INSTAR장학금 선발기준 및 의무사항" 참조)

2. 제출

2024년 8월 중 대학원위원회에서 장학생 선발 및 확정

지원자는 본인에게 해당되는 추천자격에 모두 표시한 뒤 추천 교수는 지원자가 표시한 추천자격 중 적합한 최종 추천자격을 택일하여 표시하여 제출

In order to smoothly carry out the four-stage BK21 project and attract excellent graduate students, the Institute for Specialized Teaching and Research (INSTAR) will implement the INSTAR (Instructor for Specialized Teaching and Research) scholarship system based on the recommendation method of the advisor.
1. Regarding the recommendation of INSTAR scholarship students for the second semester of 2024, we are informing you as follows.
A. Operating period: Stage 4 BK21 Total business period [2010.9.1. ~ 2027.8.31] (84 months)
B. Number of people selected: less than 190 per year
C. Scholarship amount: Total tuition fee
D. Application period: 4th master's, 4th doctorate, and 4th integrated semester
E. Selection criteria and obligations: Refer to "Instar Scholarship Selection Criteria and obligations"
F. Selection method: Selected by applying the following priorities among those recommended by the supervisor
※ Note that the recommendation of the supervisor does not mean passing the scholarship
G. In principle, the number of people recommended per supervisor is limited to one person per year (see [Attachment 1] "Instead of Criteria and Mandates for Selection of INSTAR Scholarships" for the exception of each recommendation order.)
2. Submission
1) Documents to be submitted: [INSTAR Scholarship Student Application Form] and [Pledge to Comply with Scholarship Mandates]
2) Submission to the Graduate School Administration Office (Head Office-317) by Friday, June 28, 2024
Selection and confirmation of scholarship students by the Graduate Committee in August 2024

An applicant shall mark all the qualifications for recommendation applicable to him/her, and a recommended professor shall select and submit the final qualification for recommendation from among the qualifications for recommendation indicated by the applicant
