Students on the Thesis Substitution Track are not eligible.

This is to inform you about the submission process for the "Thesis Proposal (including Pledge for Research Ethics Compliance)" and the "Graduation Qualification Checklist."

Students on the Thesis Track who wish to graduate in August 2025 are kindly requested to complete the attached forms and submit them to the department office (Room 6-222) no later than Friday, December 13, 2024.

1. Graduate Students

A. Eligible Students (Excluding Those Who Have Already Submitted)

1. Current students or those on leave of absence:
   • Master’s or Doctoral students in their 3rd semester or above (Expected to graduate in August 2025).
   • Integrated program students in their 7th semester or above (Expected to graduate in August 2025).
2. Other students expected to graduate in the first semester of 2025 (e.g., early graduation candidates).

B. Submission Method

1. Log in to the Inha Portal System.
2. Navigate to:
   • Academic Administration → (Graduate School) Graduation → Thesis Proposal Application (Graduation)
3. Complete the Thesis Research Plan for the 1st Semester of 2025 and print it.
4. Sign the printed form.

C. Required Documents

1. Thesis Proposal (Graduation) – 1 copy.
2. Graduation Qualification Checklist (including Pledge for Research Ethics Compliance) – 1 copy.
3. Academic Transcript – 1 copy.( Issuance by the Department Office)  

D. Submission Period

• Start: December 2, 2024 (Monday) at 09:00
• Deadline: December 13, 2024 (Friday) at 18:00

E. Submission Location

• Department Office (6-222)

F. Additional Notes

1. If your thesis proposal submission record is already indicated in the portal’s Thesis Proposal section, resubmission is unnecessary.
2. Students on leave of absence can also submit the thesis proposal. However, registration for the expected graduation semester is mandatory.
