대학원에서는 2024학년도 2학기 졸업예정자의 우수사례 수기공모전을 다음과 같이 실시하오니, 많은 대학원생들이 신청할 수 있도록 안내하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

1. 목 적

  대학원 생활 경험과 노하우를 공유하고 후배들에게 진로방향 기회를 창출하며 연구실 및 지도교수 지도에 따른 발전 후기를 통해 대학원 진학 추천도 상승을 기대하고자 함.

2. 참여 대상 : 일반대학원 졸업예정자

3. 수기 신청 부문 (아래 부문 중 하나를 반드시 선택)

 가. 나만의 대학원 생활 노하우 부문

 나. 연구실 및 지도교수 지도에 따른 발전 부문

4. 지원 시 유의사항

 가. 공모내용은 반드시 재학 중 내용을 기준으로 작성

 나. 최우수 수상자는 제출한 내용을 바탕으로 추후 인터뷰 진행 예정

 다. 공모작 내용이 허위 또는 표절임이 확인될 경우 당선 취소 및 시상금 전액 환수 예정

 라. 본 공모전에 출품된 수기의 저작권은 대학원행정실로 귀속되며, 향후 우수사례 공유 및 홍보 등 비영리 목적으로 활용 예정

1. Purpose

To share graduate school experiences and insights, create career opportunities for junior students, and enhance recommendations for graduate school admission through feedback on the growth achieved under research labs and academic advisors.

2. Eligibility

Master’s or doctoral candidates expected to graduate in the 2nd semester of 2024.

3. Essay Categories (choose one)

• Category A: Personal tips and strategies for graduate school life.
• Category B: Growth achieved through research lab work and guidance from academic advisors.

4. Important Notes

• Essays must be based on experiences during enrollment.
• The top award winner may be asked to participate in an interview based on their submission.
• If an entry is found to contain false information or plagiarism, the award will be revoked, and the prize money must be fully refunded.
• Copyrights for submitted essays will belong to the Graduate School Administration Office and may be used for non-commercial purposes such as sharing best practices and promotional activities.

5. Required Documents

• Contest application form.
• Consent form for personal information collection, copyright transfer agreement, and contest participation pledge.
