Application for Research Room and Locker Assignment – Spring 2025 (Graduate School, Business Administration & Accounting)
Dear Students,
This is the Business Administration Office.
We would like to inform you about the application process for research room and locker assignments for the Spring 2025 semester for graduate students in Business Administration and Accounting.
■ Research Room Assignment
- Rooms: 6th Building, Rooms 703, 704, 705
- Capacity: 7 students per room
■ Assignment Priority
- 1. Current occupants of Rooms 703–705
- 2. Ph.D. full-time students with published research papers
- 3. Master’s full-time students with published research papers
- 4. Ph.D. full-time students
- 5. Master’s full-time students
■ Application Period
- February 10, 2025 (Monday) – February 14, 2025 (Friday)
- Deadline strictly enforced
■ How to Apply
Please complete the attached forms:
- [Graduate Research Room Application Form]
- [Locker Application Form] (only if necessary)
Submit the completed forms along with a scanned copy of the first page of your research publication (if applicable) via one of the following methods:
- 1. Email: Send scanned files to 224300@inha.ac.kr
- 2. In-person submission: Visit the department office (Room 6-222)
■ Selection Results
- Notification: Individual email on February 24, 2025 (Monday) (tentative)
- Move-in Date: From March 4, 2025 (Tuesday)
■ Notice for Current Occupants
Students who have been previously assigned a research room must clear their personal belongings by February 28, 2025 (Friday).
